Our Story

CIFS CAFÉ was born from a simple conviction: the exceptional coffee of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta deserves to be enjoyed here, freshly roasted, without unnecessary middlemen.

We white-label import green beans from this unique region, then roast them with care — light, medium or dark — before packing them into our hand-labelled 12 oz and 1 kg bags. Whole bean or ground, they serve corporate offices and individuals alike.

For roasters and resellers, we also offer green beans wholesale, in 70 kg bags or custom quantities, by quotation.
